Note: Idempotent. Collapsing from full_and_partial keeps the surviving option’s copy; newly enabled modes start from the dashboard defaults. Use set_deposit_percent and set_option_copy afterwards to fine-tune. partial and full_and_partial need the Shopify purchase option and are refused while it is off.
