Detach the offer from Shopify selling plan groups; Stoq continues to manage it via the storefront integration.

Note: Strongly discouraged for most merchants. Breaks Shopify-native integrations like checkout selling plan display and third-party subscription apps. Does not delete the existing Shopify selling plan group — it just stops syncing. Also resets what needs the purchase option: partial payment to full payment, the discount to none, and a Scheduled fulfillment status to On hold. The response lists them in also_changed.
