Re-send the double opt-in (GDPR consent) confirmation email to every unconfirmed signup waiting on a variant or product, as the dashboard’s Re-send confirmation does.

Note: Give shopify_variant_id or shopify_product_id. 202 with signups_count, how many unconfirmed pending signups were queued; each email goes to the signup’s customer email address. 422 when double opt-in is turned off.
