GET/back_in_stock/templates

List every back-in-stock notification's email and SMS copy, in send order: signup_thank_you, restock_alert, reminder. ?locale= picks the language (omit it for the shop default).

A notification the shop has no template for is left out. Each entry is the GET /back_in_stock/templates/:key body.
