GET/back_in_stock/notification_settings

List the back-in-stock notifications in send order (signup_thank_you, restock_alert, reminder): whether each one sends (enabled) and, for the reminder, how many days after the restock alert it sends (after_n_days).

Each notification's copy is GET /back_in_stock/templates/:key, with the same key.

Rate limited: cost-weighted per token (read 1, write 2; 360 points / 60s). Check Retry-After.
